Refund and Returns Policy

Crescent Production provides digital services, consulting, software access, intellectual property, and customized training solutions. We do not sell physical goods.

Because our services involve digital delivery, proprietary methodologies, intellectual property, strategic work, and custom production, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. No Physical Returns

We do not sell physical products. Therefore, there are no returns of tangible goods.

2. Digital Services and Intellectual Property

All services provided by Crescent Production are digital in nature and may include:

• Assessment platform access
• Training portal access
• White labeled environments
• Curriculum design
• Instructional design
• Consulting services
• Production of digital learning assets
• Implementation services
• Strategic advisory services
• Licensing of proprietary systems

Once digital access is granted or professional work has commenced, the service is considered delivered in part or in whole.

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property and professional services, work performed cannot be returned, reversed, or reclaimed.

3. No Refunds After Work Commencement

All payments are non refundable once any of the following has occurred:

• Account access has been provisioned
• Platform access has been granted
• Assessment tools have been accessed
• Strategy sessions have taken place
• Consulting work has begun
• Production work has commenced
• Customization or white labeling has started
• Development or configuration time has been allocated
• Any portion of the contracted services has been delivered

Digital work, strategic planning, intellectual property development, and implementation efforts create immediate value and cannot be undone. For this reason, refunds are not issued once work has commenced.

4. Subscription Services

For subscription based services:

• Fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing period
• Subscription payments are non refundable
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle

You may cancel renewal at any time prior to the next billing date.

5. Deposits and Implementation Fees

Implementation fees, license fees, deposits, and milestone payments are non refundable once paid.

These payments secure time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation. Because this capacity is reserved and intellectual work begins immediately, refunds are not available.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of duplicate payment or billing error, Crescent Production will review the matter and issue corrections where appropriate.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after services have commenced constitutes a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend account access
• Terminate services
• Pursue recovery of delivered work
• Recover associated fees and administrative costs

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or accessing any Crescent Production service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Services are digital and intellectual in nature
• Work begins upon payment or activation
• Value is delivered immediately through expertise, strategy, access, or development
• Refunds are not available once work has commenced
